Entries are encouraged from companies that have created and/or implemented an IP strategy that is well-aligned with overall business strategy and is fundamental to business direction, profitability and development.

This award will be given to an outstanding individual who has demonstrated technical skill, innovation, and extraordinary levels of legal and/or commercial competence which really set them apart from the rest. Judges will be looking for individuals who have demonstrated their commitment to quality advice, real entrepreneurial spirit in enabling their client or organisation to get the right commercial result, and their ability to contribute to strategy.
